Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge.
Shipping within Europe: €12,95
Shipping outside Europe: €17,95
International shipments may require import duties and taxes.
Shipment within the Netherlands is on average 1 to 2 working days after completing the order.
The above expected shipping time depends on the country and location. TYCHI will ship the order the same day if you order before 17:30. This expected delivery time is indicated in working days. You can track the package with the tracking information sent, which also indicates the current shipping time of the carrier.
At the time of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the correct delivery of data. When the shipment goes wrong, due to an error made by the buyer, TYCHI is not responsible for (partial) loss of the order. If we need additional information to send the shipment, we will contact the buyer. This can lead to a delay of the shipment.
TYCHI will make every effort to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery time. If there is a delay in shipping, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible after placing the order. In that case, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge. TYCHI bears the risk of loss or damage of the shipment until the parcel is delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, he should contact TYCHI's customer service as soon as possible. This can be done via firstname.lastname@example.org or in response to the information the customer has already received from us. We will then decide how the matter will be handled. In most cases you will receive a new product immediately, but you may also have to return the product first. If the customer returns the product without first contacting TYCHI, he will not be able to reclaim the costs incurred from TYCHI.
If the order is lost during transport or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this is apparent from the tracking information), an investigation procedure will be initiated with the carrier PostNL. In order to keep customer satisfaction high, TYCHI will provide an appropriate solution for the customer as soon as possible. Usually we first wait for this investigation procedure and then a new product will be sent or the purchase amount will be refunded. Both the customer and TYCHI must fully cooperate with the carrier.
If a shipment still has not been delivered to the delivery address of the buyer 14 days after the shipping date, he is obliged to contact TYCHI by e-mail within 14 days (i.e. at the latest 28 days after the shipping date).
